
We’re Hiring a Strategic Comms + Partnerships Manager (Interim)
Are you passionate about building meaningful relationships, amplifying impactful communications, and driving fundraising efforts? Studio Lutalica is seeking a full-time (32 hours/week – yes, we run a 4-day work week!) Strategic Comms + Partnerships Manager to join our dedicated team of creatives. Together, we empower women, LGBTQ+ people, and other underrepresented groups through innovative and creative solutions.
This is a 12-month contract role, funded to test a new project aimed at implementing a strategy to bring in revenue through brand sponsorships. The goal is to create a more equitable system for funded, discounted, and pro-bono work. If successful, this role has the potential to become permanent.
You’ll work closely with our growth team, focusing on partnerships and sponsorships to help expand our impact and support underrepresented communities. It’s a new and exciting role, offering a unique opportunity to shape and deliver a strategy that aligns with our mission and values.
Location: Remote (must have the right to work in the UK)
Employment Type: Full-time (32h/week)
Salary Range: £32,000-35,000 (depending on experience)

What You'll Do
This role is all about driving communications and partnerships while enhancing our fundraising efforts to expand Studio Lutalica’s reach and impact. Your responsibilities will include:
Partnerships, Fundraising, and Sponsorship
- Identifying and cultivating strategic partnerships that align with our mission and values.
- Driving fundraising efforts, including creating proposals and sponsorship packages.
- Building relationships with potential sponsors and donors to secure financial support.
- Collaborating with external partners to develop joint initiatives and campaigns.
Communications Strategy
- Developing and implementing a comprehensive communications strategy that reflects Studio Lutalica’s values.
- Reviewing and signing off on key communications materials to ensure alignment with our tone of voice.
- Leading the content calendar and overseeing the creation of engaging content by copywriters and designers for things like newsletters, promotional comms, and social media.
Performance Tracking
- Monitoring and reporting on the effectiveness of communications and partnerships.
- Using data-driven insights to refine strategies and improve outcomes.
Tools You’ll Use
- Slack for daily communication.
- Google Workspace for emails, calendar, calls, and storage.
- Notion for internal and client-facing documentation (currently also used as our CRM).
- Mailchimp for newsletters and email marketing.

You’ll also work closely with the team to streamline communications processes, enabling us to deliver high-quality work while maintaining our commitment to inclusivity and collaboration.
