Design alone will not solve every problem. That’s why our team of queer and feminist creatives have designed a series of workshops and resources that compile our studies and lived experiences with the goal of helping businesses to create more inclusive spaces for women and people with LGBTQ+ identities.

Our Process

Double Diamond Design Process Model Diagram.

Our process is based on the Double Diamond process designed by the Design Council. The process itself was built to help break projects into smaller, more manageable sections. These sections are broken into four main parts: Discover, Define, Develop and Deliver. Each focusing on phases of the process, the Research, the Synthesis, the Ideation, and the implementation.

We use this method to better understand what you are looking for and to deliver not only what you think you need, but also accessible solutions to solve deep issues which would have not surfaced otherwise. We work methodically to follow a process that becomes unique for each client. Working with us on a Design project, you can expect these steps:

  • Discover: the discovery session is a free 1 to 2 hours call in which we will ask you some questions to understand your needs. To help us out, we will ask you to prepare a moodboard (on Pinterest, Behance or just a folder with images or screenshots);
  • Research: this is a crucial part of the process, where we go out and explore to imagine new solutions to then create sketches or concepts for you to review, so you can let us know if we’re going in the right direction – so we can do more research.
  • Ideate: We ideate and elaborate on the concepts you like and we start to narrow them down. After we get your feedback again, we start the implementation process, where we focus on the nitty-gritty details.
  • Deliver: When we are satisfied with the results we deliver the finished product to you. We promise you’re going to love it!
