Empaóer offers a new approach to DEI consulting, guiding leadership teams to effect meaningful change in businesses and wider society. They harness the significant influence of private companies for positive impact. Our role was redefining empaóer’s brand identity, focusing on a corporate-friendly yet innovative image that highlights their unique stance in diversity, equity and inclusion.

Our challenge was crafting a unique brand identity for empaóer, aligning with their role in diversity and inclusion. The new name ’em-paó-er’ incorporates the Catalan ‘paó’ (peacock), symbolising confidence and distinction. The branding, including colours, typography, and graphics, reflects this peacock metaphor, underscoring empaóer’s commitment to empowering business leaders in promoting diversity.
