InterPride

A modern WordPress website built to grow with a global Pride network.

InterPride is a global network bringing together Pride organisations from around the world. With 400+ member organisations across 70+ countries, their mission is to unite and amplify LGBTQ+ celebration.

We helped InterPride launch a new website that feels credible on a global stage while still holding onto the joy and energy of Pride communities. Just as importantly, we built it to be easy for a small team to keep up to date—so the site can evolve as the network does.

The Challenge

InterPride needed a digital home that could do several jobs at once.

It had to communicate trust and professionalism for a worldwide audience, without sanding down what makes Pride feel like Pride.

It also had to be practical: clear, mobile-friendly, and easy to navigate for people arriving with different levels of context.

And behind the scenes, it needed to be maintainable. InterPride’s work moves quickly, so the team needed a CMS setup that made publishing and iterating straightforward—without relying on a developer for every change.

What We Did

We refreshed the interface with more white space, full-width banners, and subtle motion, keeping the overall layout clean and contemporary.

Because the rainbow flag has deep community resonance, InterPride wanted it present in the identity. We balanced that motif with bold sans serif typography and a minimalist structure, so the design feels celebratory without tipping into visual noise.

We designed the experience to translate cleanly across mobile, tablet, and desktop—including a full-screen hamburger menu on mobile—so visitors can find what they need regardless of device.

On the build, we developed the site in WordPress using a modular block system. This gives InterPride a flexible toolkit of layouts they can reuse and adapt, making it easier to keep content consistent while still responding to new needs. The structure also supports using plugins without fear of disrupting core code.

Impact

The finished website gives InterPride a clearer, more contemporary presence—one that reflects the scale of a global network while staying warm, human, and recognisably Pride.

A modular WordPress build supports long-term sustainability for the team: it’s easier to publish updates, maintain consistency, and keep the site current as priorities shift.

Overall, the result is a site that’s designed not just to launch well, but to keep working—helping InterPride stay visible, accessible, and easy to engage with over time.

With the introduction of our new website, Studio Lutalica transformed our organization’s digital presence overnight. They were able to adapt to our demands as they evolved and gave us clear ideas and proposals. We are thrilled to be using a more powerful CMS that affords us the freedom to make adjustments fast and efficiently and have seen a dramatic uptick in both member’s and website traffic since launching our new site. Cecilia, Nathalie, and the whole team at Lutalica were so friendly, professional, responsive, and easy to work with. Our partnership is continuing, and it is a privilege to work with such a top-tier group that always exceeds our expectations by treating every customer with kindness and real concern. We are so grateful for all of the incredible support from the team at Studio Lutalica!
