LVNDR Health

A launch-ready brand and website helping LVNDR scale affirming, clinical-grade queer healthcare.

LVNDR Health is a pioneering digital platform designed to provide the LGBTQ+ community with equitable access to healthcare. Their app connects queer individuals to vital sexual health services without the assumptions or alienation often found in traditional settings.

We supported LVNDR with a comprehensive brand and website relaunch, providing the digital infrastructure needed to scale their mission with confidence, clarity, and credibility at a key moment of growth.

The Challenge

LVNDR faced a complex dual-audience challenge: the brand had to feel affirming and culturally safe for queer users while remaining rigorous and trustworthy for NHS partners and healthcare professionals.

Furthermore, the project was tied to a high-stakes relaunch timeline. Our challenge was to architect a digital experience that balanced “activist energy” with “clinical authority,” ensuring the site remained accessible and performant across all devices during a critical growth phase.

What We Did

We developed a strident, consistent brand voice for LVNDR, drawing inspiration from activist websites and zine culture and translating that energy into a professional, high-clarity messaging framework.

Alongside the brand work, we designed and developed a user-centred web experience that prioritises practical UX patterns and WCAG accessibility.

Working as an extension of LVNDR’s internal team, we maintained high momentum to meet their relaunch deadline. Every design decision was grounded in lived-experience research, ensuring that the patient journey felt supportive and the partner journey felt institutional. The result is a website that balances high-originality aesthetics with the dependability required for modern healthcare.

Impact

The relaunch provided LVNDR with the credibility engine necessary to scale. Since our collaboration, LVNDR has successfully raised £1.7m in funding, established three NHS partnerships, and grown a waitlist of over 10,000 users.

This momentum has facilitated direct, real-world outcomes: 200 people treated and 150 participants engaged in the UK’s first remote PrEP clinical trial. By providing the digital infrastructure for queer health, we helped LVNDR transform from a bold idea into a vital part of the UK’s sexual health landscape.

I cannot recommend working with Cecilia more. Although the project was a heavy and time sensitive one, the Lutalica team always showed up prepared, enthusiastic and motivated to work together to create something worthy of the queer community.
