What You'll Do

• 🎨 Craft elegant, responsive layouts using HTML, CSS (SCSS), and JavaScript (Vanilla JS).
• 🛠️ Build custom WordPress sites from provided designs with a meticulous eye for detail.
• 🔗 Seamlessly integrate APIs and configure plugins to bolster site functionality and user experience.
• 🚀 Implement SEO strategies to maximise visibility and audience engagement across our digital platforms.
• 🤝 Collaborate closely with project managers, lending your technical expertise to elevate our projects.
• 🛡️ Enhance site security and optimise performance to ensure the best user experiences.
• 📞 Participate in client calls, such as discovery sessions, and articulate development strategies clearly to our clients.

• Slack for daily communication
• Streamtime for project management
• Figma for the designs you’ll develop
• Bugherd for tracking web development bugs
• Github or Bitbucket for version control
• Deploybot for deployment processes

What We're Looking For

• Proficiency in front-end development – frameworks like React and Angular are a plus.
• Extensive experience with WordPress and competent in PHP; familiarity with ACF Pro is advantageous. Shopify is a big plus, but not essential.
• Skills in creating engaging web animations, with GSAP experience welcomed.
• Commitment to crafting high-quality, accessible, and sustainable websites.
• Capability to manage site migrations across different environments.
• Ability to handle multiple projects in our dynamic, creative setting, supported by a Project Manager.
• A dedication to social change and creating impact for underrepresented communities.
• A proactive and positive attitude that enhances team creativity and problem-solving.
• Trustworthiness and clear communication skills.
• Fluent in spoken English.
