Andy For Pride is an LGBTQ-owned and operated company committed to providing the world with high-quality LGBTQ+ Pride products, working with diverse suppliers, and donating back to the communities they serve. We were so hyped to bring Andy For Pride’s brand to life, drawing on pop art, queer protest culture and queer joy to create an online presence to be proud of. We designed and developed this website on Shopify.

Website Design

We crafted a dynamic and engaging user interface, focusing on creating a visually compelling experience that mirrors the vitality and diversity of a Pride parade. Layered background elements add depth and interest, while the continuous scroll banner creates movement and quickly relays messages. This approach not only makes the website visually appealing but also subtly reflects the layers of stories, struggles, and triumphs inherent in the LGBTQ+ rights movement.

Image masks and stickers are a central feature of this project. We intergraded playful and unconventional shapes as stickers, frames and hover interactions, highlighting special offers, buttons and featured products. The use of branded shapes and graphic elements adds a layer of playfulness, making the site more visually intriguing and aligned with the brand’s fun, inclusive ethos. This design choice also evokes a sense of nostalgia and community, mirroring the brand’s connection to pre-social media LGBTQ+ subcultures.

Our custom social media templates for Andy For Pride embody our vibrant branding principles with bold pops of colour, retro fonts, and distinctive stickers, badges, and graphic element frame motifs. These templates effectively showcase products and branding while providing easy-to-use sections highlighting key information. Designed with a clear hierarchy, they allow the client to effortlessly maintain a consistent and engaging visual presence across their social platforms.
